 Go for it:


First of all we have to cut the ham into four pieces.


We take a slice, spread it with Iberitos melted cheese cream and cover it with the other half of York ham.


Ready to batter. If we double coat it, it will be crispier. You know, the past for egg and bread crumbs and to fry with very hot olive oil. Remember to do it on both sides.
