1 half roasted pumpkin
2 roasted garlic cloves
3 Juice of half a lemon
4 tablespoon of tahini (sesame paste)
Pour it all in the blender with one of our iberitos hummus cans and add a pinch of cumin and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Garnish with paprika, seeds and a drizzle of oil.
