- Diced carrot
- Diced zucchini
- Seedless raisins
- 2-3 tablespoons of Iberitos Anchovy Pâté
- Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Mode of preparation:
- In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, add the chopped spinach leaves, the carrot and zucchini pieces.
- Sauté the vegetables until they are well poached.
- Add the seedless raisins and the spoonfuls of Iberitos Anchovy Pate. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Form the patties with the mixture and place them in the Air Fryer. Cook for 5 minutes.
