Iberian Potato Cream with Honey Iberitos canned 250 g.
This cream is used in recipes such as Iberitos Stuffed Potatoes and can be combined with other pâtés and creams.
Ingredients:
- 300 gr of potatoes.
- 40-50 gr of flour.
- 25 gr of egg (Approx).
- Creams @iberitos varied (in my case, chorizo in ciderpotato with honey and spicy black pudding).
Recipe steps:
- We begin by cooking the potatoes. For it, we will put them whole and with skin (very important) in a pot with water and salt and we cook them until they are cooked.
- Peel and mash the potatoes with a fork or pass through a potato masher. Let cool.
- Next, add the egg, a little salt and the flour to the cold potato (the latter little by little until we obtain a dough that we can handle easily).
- Finally, with the help of a little flour if necessary, we make potato balls, flatten, fill and close well.
- Fry in abundant hot oil until golden brown and enjoy!
