Among pumpkins, mice, zombie eyes and skeletons, one recipe shone brighter than the others and became the undisputed champion. The magic ingredients:
- Minced meat
- A splash of white wine
- 1 egg
- Salt and black pepper
- Ground garlic and ground onion
- Iberitos Iberian Pâté
- Bread crumbs
- For mice's eyes: peppercorns
- For the ears: corn
- For the tails: zucchini peel strips
Steps to perform the magic spell:
- Let the meat marinate overnight.
- Then, with your hands, create small balls of meat, giving them the shape of naughty mice.
- Dredge in bread crumbs.
- Fry them in boiling oil until golden brown and crispy, ready to scare your appetite.
- Now, add pepper eyes, corn ears and zucchini skin tails to bring them to life.
- And voilà! Your magic mice are born.
