- Empanada dough
- Garlic powder
- Parsley
- Beaten egg for brushing

Roll out the empanada dough and spread it with the pâté of your choice. Add cheese, cranberries or any other topping that goes well with your pâté.

Re-roll the dough already spread and make a cut in the middle to divide the "roll" in two parts and cross it making a "braid". Make a circle with this braid to give it the shape of a "crown".

Brush the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with parsley, garlic powder or other spices.
Baking time is approximately 30 minutes at 160C°.
