LC140 Creamy Mussels

Iberitos Creamy Mussels in a 140 g box in a cardboard box.

Perfect to be used in recipes such as Crunchy Mussel Snack available in our blog.

Ingredients:

• 2 sheets of rice paper
• 2 tablespoons of creamy mussel soup from @iberitos
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• Mussels
• Sesame seeds and chia seeds

And now, we are going to tell you how to do it!

Elaboration:

1. Cut the rice paper sheets into 4 parts.
2. Fry the rice paper sheets with abundant oil, and drain them on absorbent paper.
3.  Mix the mayonnaise and @Iberitos mussel cream until creamy.
4. Place the rice paper and add a spoonful of the mussel cream on top.
5. Add one mussel to each.
6. Sprinkle with the sesame and chia seed mixture.
