Ingredients:
- 100g of spaghetti
- 1/2 onion
- 2 slices of cured ham
- 100 gr (two tablespoons) of Iberitos Cream of Cured Ham Cream
- 100 ml milk
- Oil and pepper
Elaboration:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. It usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
- Sauté the onion in a medium frying pan until soft. When the onion has softened, add approximately 100 gr. of Iberitos Cured Ham Cream.
- Add 100 ml of milk and stir to mix with the Iberitos Cured Ham Cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the slices of cured ham into small pieces.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add the Iberitos Cured Ham Cream sauce to the spaghetti.
- Add the pieces of cured ham on top and plate.
