Iberitos mushrooms with Pedro Ximenez cheese and Iberitos dried raisins and Iberitos Crème de fromage
Ingrédients
- 500 g of champignons de Paris
- Pâté ibérique with Pedro Ximenez and Iberitos dry raisins
- Crème de fromage ibérique Iberitos
- Olive oil

We wash the mushrooms and we wash them with great care so as not to overcook them. Leave enough room to cook them with our Iberian Pâté with Pedro Ximenez and Iberian dry raisins.

Now we cook the mushrooms one by one with our Iberian Pedro Ximenez cheese and Iberitos dried raisins. Once we have cooked them, we cover them with Iberitos Iberian cheese cream.
We put the oven to preheat for about 10 minutes between 190º and 200º. We take a pan, which we are going to heat so that the mushrooms do not collapse: they are now ready to be cooked for about 18-20 minutes.
