Halloween Recipe: Mummy Waffles.

Today we leave you with a Halloween recipe from @silviamd: The mummy waffles.
Even if you don't particularly like this event, it's the perfect excuse to have fun at home and bring out your creative side!
We'll make a yogurt waffle topped with strips of sweet cheese. Terrifyingly sweet. 😈
Let's go for it!
Ingredients:
For the yogurt waffles (4 units):
- 1 egg.
- 75 g natural yogurt.
- 100 g milk.
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
- A few drops of vanilla extract.
- 125 g flour.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of Iberitos EVOO.
For the cheese bandages:
- 90 g Iberitos cream cheese.
- 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar (about 10 g).
Decorate with candy eyes. If you already have everything you need, let's get to work!
Elaboration:
You won't be able to stop licking your fingers with this recipe! Mix the ingredients to make the waffles as I indicate in the video. First the wet ingredients, egg, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, oil and then the sifted dry ingredients, flour, yeast and salt. Mix everything well. Grease the waffle iron and pour a ladle of the mixture and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove and let cool. To make the bandages, cut a pastry bag as indicated in the video. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, fill the piping bag and decorate with strips. Place the candy eyes and enjoy!
