Piquillo peppers stuffed with lactose-free tuna pâté

? Ingredients:

? Elaboration:

  1. Open the jar of peppers and reserve the liquid for later.

  2. Fill the peppers with the tuna pâté and place them in a serving dish.

  3. Put the cream in a saucepan, add salt and pepper and cook with 4 peppers (without stuffing) for about 10 minutes.

  4. When cooked, beat together with the liquid from the reserved peppers.

  5. We put this sauce on top of the peppers that we had stuffed and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
