Cauliflower burger

Ingredients:⠀

  • One small cauliflower (600 gr)⠀ One small cauliflower (600 gr)⠀ One small cauliflower (600 gr)
  • 60 grams powdered Parmesan cheese
  • Half a purple onion⠀
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 egg⠀ 1 egg
  • 8/10 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • Pistachio and black garlic cream Iberitos

Chop the cauliflower, onion and parsley. I used a manual mincer. Then in a bowl add salt and pepper, Parmesan, eggs and breadcrumbs. Pour in 5 tablespoons first and then add if the mixture calls for it.

The dough should be moist and not too compact. You can try to make a ball and if you see that it disintegrates, add more breadcrumbs ⠀.

When the dough is ready, make balls (moisten your hands a little so that the dough does not stick to your hands) and press them well. On the baking tray put the balls and flatten them without much force.

Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

When removing, spread a little of the pistachio and garlic cream and enjoy this healthy treat! ?
