A few weeks ago, we launched on our social networks, on the occasion of Mother's Day, a new Recipe Contest: Mamá Iberitos. In it, we invited you to share your favorite family recipes, those that your mother has passed down to you over the years or that you yourselves have created with so much affection. And of course, all of them had to be made with Iberitos products.

The response was incredible! We received so many delicious and original recipes, which made it very difficult for us to choose the winners.

But don't worry, because we managed to choose the three finalists! Read on and discover their recipes.

 1st Place: Meatballs Wellington with mozzarella cheese, Iberitos pistachio cream and black garlic

From Belén(@belem_betterval ) comes these meatballs with a gourmet touch that will surely surprise your guests. The combination of the juicy meat with the creamy mozzarella, the intense flavor of the pistachio cream of pistachio and black garlic iberitos, is simply irresistible.

2nd Place: Cabbage rolls with Iberitos Iberian Pâté

Mónica Lebrusán(@monicalebru ) proposes a traditional recipe with an irresistible filling. Cabbage rolls are a perfect choice for a light lunch or dinner, and our iberitos iberico pâté gives them a unique flavor and texture.

3rd Place: Tortilla de patatas chips with Iberitos Sobrasada Cream

Jose(@coinbuengusto) teaches us how to prepare an original and delicious version of the classic potato omelette. The potato chips give it an irresistible crunchy touch, while the Iberitos sobrasada cream adds an intense and smoky flavor.
