LEGAL BASES OF THE MOM IBERITOS RECIPE CONTEST.

The Company Huerta Dehesa El Alcornocal, S.L. with address at Pol. Ind. San Isidro. C\ Carpinteros, 26 CP: 06400. Don Benito, (Badajoz) and identified with the number CIF B 06512362 organizes the Mamá Iberitos Recipe Contest exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

1st PARTICIPANTS: Any person over 18 years of age and resident in Spain may participate in the contest, with the exception of the members of the jury, as well as employees and direct relatives of the organizing entity of the contest (Huerta Dehesa el Alcornocal S.L.).

2nd THEME: The only theme will be the recipes you would make for Mother's Day with Iberitos products. No limitations of ingredients or complexity of the same.

3ª WORKS: Each participant may submit as many recipes as you want, being these original and unpublished and not having been submitted previously in other contests, websites or any other digital or printed media.
Participants are fully responsible for being the sole authors, that there are no rights to third parties, as well as any claim for image rights or authorship on the works submitted to the contest.

4ª PRESENTATION: Recipes may be submitted in video (mp4) or photograph (JPG) format, vertical or horizontal, plus a detailed written explanation of the recipe.
In the case of submitting a video, the minimum duration shall be 15 seconds and the maximum duration shall be 59 seconds.

5ª SENDING: The recipes can be submitted to the contest by sending the files to the e-mail comunicacion@iberitos.com with the title of the message "Mamá Iberitos Recipe Contest".

They may also be submitted directly on Instagram, through reeks, tagging and mentioning the account @iberitos and using the hashtag #RececetasMamáberitos.

The participating accounts will have to be public for the duration of the participation and resolution of the contest.

6ª ADMISSION PERIOD: The deadline for submitting recipes will be open from April 12, 2024 to May 1, 2024. Prescriptions submitted after this date will not be accepted.

7th PRIZES:
There will be three winners, whose prize will be the following lot of Iberitos products:

• Pack of Iberitos products valued at 40 €.

• Iberitos product pack valued at 30 €.

• Pack of Iberitos products valued at 20 €.

8th RULING: The jury's decision will take place on May 2, 2024 and will be expressly communicated by the organization (Iberitos, Huerta Dehesa el Alcornocal S.L.) to the winner. In the same way, Iberitos will disseminate this information on its website and through its Instagram account.

9ª THE JURY: The jury will be formed by the Iberitos team, who will select 1 winner based on criteria of creativity and technical quality.

10ª COPYRIGHT: The intellectual property and authorship rights of all the recipes submitted, including the winning ones, will belong to the author or authoress. By participating in the contest, they accept the use of the material submitted for the use of the organizing company.

11th Consent to participate in the sweepstakes or contest with collection of data of the interested party:

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (RGPD), and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), I am informed that my personal data will be processed under the responsibility of HUERTA DEHESA EL ALCORNOCAL S.L. to participate in the raffle / contest as necessary for the maintenance of the contractual relationship involved, and to publish my data (full name and image) in case I am the winner of the same in media such as social networks or website. The data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purposes of treatment or as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their custody. The data will not be communicated to third parties without your consent.
I am also informed that I have the right to revoke my consents at any time and to exercise my rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of my data, and those of limitation and opposition to processing by contacting Pol. 12TH ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES: Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of each and every one of these rules and the unappealable decision of the jury.
