Ingredients:

• 4 Eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)
• 2 tablespoons of milk
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 4 tablespoons of flour
• 40g sugar
• Vanilla flavor (optional)

Elaboration:

• Whip the egg whites until stiff with half of the sugar.
• In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar.
• Add the milk, baking powder and flour. Mix well.
• Now gradually add the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture, very smoothly so as not to reduce the volume.
• Heat a frying pan with a little oil.
• Put a small portion of dough, let it cook a little, then pour more dough on top forming a small mountain.
• Add a few drops of water to the bottom of the pan and cover.
• Let it cook for a few minutes and turn it over.
• Add a couple of drops of water and cover.
