Its ingredients are 84% duck foie, a very high quality foie (origin France), strictly selected and with very particular characteristics, hence the low fat content. It is currently a highly valued product due to the scarcity of raw material worldwide, because of the Avian Flu.

It is a product with a high protein content and is GLUTEN-FREE and LACTOSE-FREE.

Moreover, as an added value, it is a sterilized product and keeps perfectly well in a cool and dry place, which means that it does not need to be refrigerated for transport, storage and store display. It is recommended to cool at least 2 hours before consumption, as this way it retains a compact and uniform texture.
