🥈 2nd Winning Chef Iberitos Recipe: Iberito Turkey Cream Raviolis

Here is Estefanía Moya's recipe, with which you can get some finger-licking Iberitos turkey cream Ravioli !

You will need:

  •  200 gr flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Yolk
  • Aove
  •  Salt

Ingredients for the preparation of the stuffing and sauce:

  • 1 can of turkey cream from @iberitos
  • 100 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • Mixed berry powder
  • Mushrooms (Depends on taste)

And now comes the best part, write down the elaboration!

  1. To make the dough we have to mix the flour with the egg, salt and 1 tablespoon of Aove. Knead with your hands until the dough does not stick and we can stretch it, after this, let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. To prepare the sauce, put cream, cream cheese and mascarpone in a frying pan over low heat so that both cheeses are diluted. After this, add ground mushrooms and mushrooms to taste.
  3. Once the dough has rested, we shape it. With a glass we give it a round shape, fill it with the turkey cream and seal it with the egg yolk.
  4. When ready, pour the sauce over it.
