Today we bring you the winning recipe of our Chef Iberitos contest: Goat log cheese sachets with sweet tomato and dates.

Have you ever had a dinner party with friends or family and you've run out of time to cook? When we show you this recipe brought to us by @lacocinadeirene you won't have that problem anymore.

You will only need 4 ingredients and a little bit of desire. 😀

For this dish we will need the following ingredients:

• Filo paste
• Iberitos tomato jam 
• Goat log cheese
• Pitted dates

And now, let's get to work! To make it, we will follow the steps below:

1. We cut the filo pastry sheets
2. Fill the pastry by placing a piece of date, goat cheese and Iberitos tomato jam on the base.
3. We join all the corners of the dough and tie them together with kitchen twine
4. Bake at 170º until they begin to brown and are crispy.
