San Jacobo with ham and goat cheese Iberitos

How about these stuffed San Jacobos prepared by chef David Gibello?
Ingredients:
York Ham
Cream of iberitos goat cheese cream
Egg
Bread crumbs
Olive oil

Let's get to it:
First cut the ham into four pieces.
We take a slice, spread it with Iberitos melted cheese cream and cover it with the other half of ham.
Ready for breading. If we make a double batter it will be crispier. Now you know, dip it in egg and bread crumbs and fry it in very hot olive oil. Remember to do it on both sides.
