Caramelitos of filo pastry and Iberitos pâtés.

We have prepared for you one of the most successful Christmas starters: easy, fast, delicious and with double the flavor!

This is a recipe by Anna, from @boulevardpinkwho has seen in our assortment of flavors the perfect allies to invent new ideas this Christmas.

Filo pastry candies with "Iberitos Iberian Roquefort Pate Iberitos" or with goat cheese, brushed with "Iberitos tomato candy" and chopped walnuts.

Ingredients:

Elaboration:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Brush a sheet of filo pastry with oil or butter and fold in half.
  3. Cut a square, brush with the tomato paste and place in the center a small portion of goat cheese or Roquefort iberico pâté, and finally some chopped walnuts.
  4. Wrap as if it were a candy.
  5. Brush the outside with a little oil or butter.
  6. Bake for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool and sprinkle a little oregano or parsley on top.
