HUERTA DEHESA EL ALCORNOCAL, a company dedicated to the manufacture and packaging in aluminum cans and containers of processed products based on meat, vegetables, dairy and fish products, and bottling and packaging of olive oil and vinegar PET units, adapting to the requirements of QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY demanded by an increasingly competitive market and assuming its responsibility towards its customers, has a Food Safety and Quality Management System, described in the FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY MANUAL and developed in the PROCEDURES MANUAL, in accordance with the requirements of the BRC and IFS standards.

The general management explicitly declares its commitment to promote FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY at HUERTA DEHESA EL ALCORNOCAL with the following objectives:

• The main objective is customer satisfaction and the production of safe, reliable, quality and authentic products.
• Management will encourage the necessary improvements to achieve the objectives.
• FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY are subject to continuous improvement. The tests must be used to learn and eliminate the sources or causes that have generated them.
• FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY require collaboration and participation at all levels and for this, information, communication and training (particularly in areas affecting product/service quality and safety) are essential.
• All workers must be aware of their responsibilities in terms of food quality and safety, making them actors of the corporate culture at this level.
• The company is fully committed to respecting the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, customer requirements and those associated with our product (safety, quality, legality, specifications and mode of manufacture).
• The company declares its commitment to reduce environmental pollution, ensure the sustainability of the resources used and is aware of its ethical and social responsibility and the importance of the well-being of its employees.

The General Management ensures that its FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY is understood and accepted by all personnel; and through internal audits, verifies that the FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY SYSTEM maintains its effectiveness and adequacy.
