Quality and Food Safety Policy

HUERTA DEHESA EL ALCORNOCAL is a company dedicated to the manufacture and packaging in aluminum single-dose, cans and glass jars of processed products from meat, vegetables, dairy, fish products, sweet creams, honey, jam and bottled and PET single-dose packaging of olive oil and vinegar, adapting to the needs of QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY required by an increasingly competitive market and assuming its responsibility towards its customers, has a Quality and Food Safety Management System, described in the QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY Manual and developed in the Procedures Manual, in compliance with the requirements of the BRC and IFS Standards (current versions).

The General Management expressly states its fundamental commitment to enhance FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY in HUERTA DEHESA EL ALCORNOCAL in order to achieve compliance with the following policy:

➢ The main objective is customer satisfaction and to fulfill the obligation to manufacture safe, legal, quality and authentic products.
➢ Management will drive the improvements necessary to achieve the objectives.
FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY are susceptible to continuous improvement. Failures should be used to learn and eliminate the sources or causes that generated them.
➢ FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY requires the collaboration and participation of all levels and to this end information, communication and training (particularly in areas affecting product/service quality and safety) are indispensable.
➢ All workers must be made aware of their responsibilities in terms of food quality and safety, involving them in the company's food safety culture. The management makes a special commitment to the implementation of a food safety culture involving all the company's personnel.
The company is fully committed to complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, customer requirements and those associated with our product (safety, quality, legality, authenticity, specifications and method of manufacture).

The General Management ensures that its QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY Policy is understood and accepted by all personnel; and with the help of internal audits verifies that the QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY System maintains its efficiency and adequacy.
