Our chefs faithfully respect the traditional recipes that we have inherited from our great-grandparents in order to make them last. While we preserve traditional recipes, we have also adapted our manufacturing processes to the new market and societal requirements.

Our new plant, which has just been inaugurated, is the proof. Its facilities include innovative machines that allow us to produce according to the market demand and to keep up with new researches on our products.
